To qualify for the Charging Hardware Reimbursements a participate must be a refuse hauling company located in the U.S. or Canada, have downloaded and submitted at least one qualifying route on the Mack Route Recorder App, purchased or leased a new Mack LR Electric vehicle directly from an authorized Mack dealer, and purchased a qualified charger during the promotion period. Reimbursements for charging hardware are limited to the following charger manufacturers and models: Heliox Mobile 50 kW, Heliox Flex 180 kW, or FreeWire Boost Charger. Applicable tax, if any, is the sole responsibility of the reimbursement recipient. Please see your local dealer for details on receiving reimbursement.

All reward card and reimbursement claims are subject to Mack Trucks final review and approval. Reimbursement claims must be submitted within 90 days of purchase or lease of the new Mack LR Electric vehicle(s). This promotion cannot be applied to download and/or use of the Mack Route Recorder App prior to May 9th, 2022, or to orders already placed for Mack LR Electric vehicles or existing leases of Mack LR Electric vehicles. Claimants should keep copies of all reward card and reimbursement submission documents; all documents submitted to Mack Trucks become the property of Mack Trucks and will not be returned. Mack Trucks retains the right to request additional information when processing a reimbursement submission request. Mack Trucks is not responsible for lost, late, missing, or illegible reimbursement submissions, or misdirected submissions. If a reimbursement submission is incomplete or fails to meet any of the reimbursement terms and conditions, no reimbursement will be issued.
